How to Check Your Autel Device Model?

If you need to verify whether the product is genuine, please go to the AUTEL official website (htts://www.autel.com/service/3947.jhtml) and enter the product serial number for verification.

The serial number is usually 12 characters. For customers who don't have device serial number, here are two ways to find your serial number:

1. There will be a product label on the back of the device, covering the model and serial number.


2. Please send us Autel ID (registration email) to check, or you can also contact Autel Global Support (support@autel.com) to check.
